Hi there!!

Hi guys

I recently started modelling again after quite a few years off. I was looking for a forum where I can get some advice and share ideas, and I found this one.  On the bench so far I've got a 1/48 f-4u coarsair, I'm following up with an a-6, a-10 and an abrams tank.

Welcome aboard, Sir! I think you'll enjoy your time here. It's a pretty good group, interests all over the place, lots to see and talk about.

If you happen to have photos of your work, feel free to share them. It's always fun to see what other folks are up to.

Cheers.

Greg

Pencils could be made with erasers at both ends, but what would be the point?

Uhhh. *I* use a double-erasers pencil.
I use it to toggle my power strip to my old PC tower.

F4, a-6, and a-10. I am not the best modeler in the world ( or even very good) but my advise to you would be that you really need an A-7 in that equation. In all seriousness though, this is a pretty good place for advise, every question i have asked (over the course of several years if you drop the 2 in my user name) has been thoughtfully answered.  Have fun and dont fear the rivet counters!

So I'm stuck in camp for work right now so no pics. But  I did find a sweet pic of my great uncle's p-51 mustang. He did the airshow circuit in Canada and the states in the 80's and 90's so chances are some of you have seen it before. I'd like to model it one day but I'd need to find someway to get custom decals, I'd also need some better photos of  the logos he had on the canopy frame.

hey guys, you said you wanted pics so here's a pic of my first attempt at airbrushing and preshading. other than a little spidering on the coweling I think it's going pretty good.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome
