I was definitely excited to find this website. I remember drooling over issues of FineScale when I was a kid. I guess I've been building sice I was ten or so years old, so that means over thirty years--holy cow. Lots of gaps in there though...
I just started again after another multi-year hiatus. On the workbench now is Tamiya's venerable F4U-1A. I have a question for any Detroit-area builders: any good places to go and get kits/supplies? It gets tiresome relying n the Internet for everything.
