Welcome, Winetanker!  I've been building for 60 years (!) and have learned a few tricks in that time, as well have amassed a great deal of tools and supplies.  Glad to have you aboard!

Well....remember I did say "off and on"!!!

I've learned quite a bit lurking here the last coupla months!

and...until a few weeks ago....I'd never (gasp!!!!) used an airbrush!!!!

Greetings....

Been modeling for about 40 years now (since I was 8). Built all the Star Trek models and just about every 1/48 Monogram WW2 aircraft kit I could find; been modeling off and on ever since...

Bought a coupla Testors tank kits about a year ago and found I liked building tanks. My lack off skills in this area led me to lurk in this forum the last coupla months picking up tips; and now that I've completed my first  DML model (Pz III J...intial production) I feel its time to take the plunge....

I'll be posting some pics in the armor section soon.
