Don't know what browser you use but, with Firefox, open the page that you want to save (some thread in the forum?) , click bookmarks, then 'bookmark this page'. You don't have to leave the forum to create a bookmark. Later just go to bookmarks and click on the link. Should be something similar with other browsers
