Welcome to the group!  You will probably get a better response to your question down in the ship forum.  Looking forward to seeing her when she's finished.

Hello everybody! My name is Paul, and I'm a Firefighter from Canada. I'm currently working on the Lindberg 1/125 Fletcher Class destroyer. Disregarding the kit decals, etc., I'm fitting her out as the USS Waller, DD466. Waller just happens to be my last name. Any leads on where to get 20mm Oerlikon cannons that are more to scale than the kit parts? The 40mm Bofors appear large for scale, but I'm using them anyhow. When I'm done, she'll be R/C with Spektrum electronics, direct drive (single screw) and a Hi Tek servo for the rudder. I hope to post a pic or two when she's done and in the water. Glad to be a member of the community.
