Welcome aboard! To really start off right you need at least 3 half built kits on your workbench at all times. Dont forget to "organize" your reference material's by stacking them in one big pile so you can never find what you were looking for. And ....oh yea.... LittleTimmy's advice never work's in the "real" world.  :)

And don't forget, you should never be able to see the actual work bench under the organised chaos that is your current build.

So timmy, i ain't the only one who does that with his referance books.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

Welcome to the Forums. If you have a question/problem just ask because there is a wealth of information available to you here. I learn something new almost every day. So, pull up your chair at the workbench and start building. The more you build, the better you'll get. Don't forget to post pics of your build.

Welcome aboard, Sir. I hope you enjoy your time here and most especially getting back into the hobby. Sounds like you're well-equipped, so just grab a kit and dive in! (And if you've got photos to share, we wouldn't be averse to that, either. Always fun to see what other modelers are up to.)

Cheers

Greg

Former Model Maker, and Very Rusty. "as described solely by my latest Revell Spitfire MK II model" I am equipped with a new Subscription, 3 Fine scale modeling books, and now both the digital and print Editions, of FSM. I am going to hammer at the User tips base, Loaded with Printer paper, and Jet ink. Brushes Prepped and now a Paasche Airbrush (Hurry up USPS). Looked around Horizon hobby, and ordered a Tamiya A10a Thunderbolt...Gonna wait on this one, for a little more tips, and experience. Plan on hittting Hobby Lobby for a couple more $16-$20 models, before I start one. I like building tanks. (Well I used to) and wouldn't make acquaintances with you fine folks..
