Hi everyone. I am new to this sort of thing. just wanted to test the waters and introduce my self. I have been modeling since i was 10.  I am mainly into Star trek and ww2 aircraft but have done many others as well. I sell my Star Trek models all over the world, most recently in England. I Put a lot of time and money into each build.  I then sell them on EBay. I have several repeat buyers. I have never kept a single one of my Trek builds.  Not sure y. I guess it is the building I love and not finished product. From 2003 to date  I have built and sold 16 different Star Trek Models. I also have built countless aircraft in between.  Right now I and building and lighting DS-9. It has become a logistical nightmare trying to hide wires and lights. I am coming down to the home stretch. I have never seen one with lights on eBay and cant wait to see the reaction to it.

                                                                  Thanks for listening,  Cpt.Stover

Welcome to the forums!  You should post some pics of your ST models.  I'd definitely like to see them.

Welcome to the Forums Cpt. Stover!! Glad to have you aboard! I've been building for 66 of my 72 years and I build whatever strikes my fancy and doesn't empty my walet. Wink A little suggestion: Post this on the Science Fiction Forum and you will get a lot better results. That's what's so great about these forums. You can go to any forum that suits your building fancy and you talk to a lot of guys that are interested in the same thing. The aircraft forum is great for all types of aircraft. There are a lot of present and past pilots on there who are ready, willing, and able to help you out with questions/problems. Hope you enjoy the forums. Oh, one thing to remember. We like to see pics of your builds. The more the merrier. Happy building.

Welcome, Cpt.

Wow, you've been building all those quality builds and are only now getting around to joining us in here? What kept you? We can use a good builder like you.

I am mainly into WWII subject matter myself. But I've built my share of Star Wars vehicles. In fact, next up for me is a STAP with battle droid.

I've got nothing against Star Trek but you'd kill me if you saw what I did to a Next Gen Enterprise.

It helped me create this:

Can you see it? Let's just say it's getting around.

Anyway, welcome, Cpt. You'll be a strong asset to the forums and we can't wait to see some of your work.

Bill.

On the bench:  Lindberg 1/32 scale 1934 Ford Coupe and a few rescue projects.

In queue:  Tamiya 1/35 Quad Tractor or a scratch build project.

Thanks I would love to upload some photos but I cant figure uot how!!   I dont know if it is because I am new or what. Every time I click on upload pict I get a box that asks for a URL number. I am new to this so maybe I am not doing something right.  As soon as I figure it out I will show off some off my work. Just remember to be kind!
