Greetings from Germany

Hey fellow modelers. Me. Well, retired last year from the Army with 21 years and enjoying being retired. Modeling interests are varied. Sci-fi, fantasy (Warhammer etc) aircraft both WWI and WWI, figures (some) and ships and of course armor up to WWII.  I do consider myself a class 1 nerd.

I'm only a class 2 nerd, but I hope to take the exam for class 1 next year.

Seriously, Dave, welcome aboard, glad to have you with us! Do you model anything associated with your army service?

Greg

Good on ya Steve. When I explain model building as a hobby to people I meet I make sure I let them know up front. Its taken over 30 years to get this far.

Hey Greg, thanks for the welcome by the way.  In answer to your question yes and no. Nothing specific to my MOS (3 of them) but general military. Like most I have a certain interest, and time period, WWII, but found myself these past 10 years "branching out" so to speak. Now, its armor from WWI through WWII, WWI and WWII aircraft, medieval and revolutionary war time frame, war hammer (40k and fantasy) and ships. Well ok, not surface but subs.
