Greetings from Brazil!
Posted by BR_girl on Thursday, February 27, 2014 1:24 PM

Hi all!

I'm back to plastic models after some years - gave up after my cat destroyied some of my hard work. It's great to be back, although I've spent more time so far trying to thin my old tamyia acrylics than on anything else :)

I like build wwii aircrafts, having a special love for P-51s and Zeros. But I'm beginning to fall for battleships as well... probably will try out a kit of those once I'm finished with the P51, Zero and Fw190 D9 I have on my stash - pictures soon!

Great to be here, hope to learn a lot and show off my models soon. Boys, please be nice to this geeky girl. ;)

Cheers!

Welcome Sign Modelling is an obsession, an occupation, a disease, an addiction, a fascination, an absurdity, a fate. It is not a weak mind’s hobby. Those who do it must do it. Those who do not do it, think of it as a cousin of stamp collecting, a sister of the trophäekabinetts [trophy cabinet], and [dinkywongo] of a sound bank account.

Occasional factual, grammatical, or spelling variations are inherent to this thesis and should not be considered as defects, as they enhance the individuality and character of this document.

Welcome BR_girl!  Lots of great folks on here willing to help.  Be sure to post pics of your builds!  I've started getting some Japanese aircraft into my stash and would like to see pics of the zero build!
