Greetings everyone!
Posted by ChezDaJez on Sunday, March 23, 2014 10:21 PM

I am just getting back into the hobby after a 30+ year hiatus. I am interested in WWII aircraft especially those of the Japanese Navy and WWII ships of all nationalities.

A little about myself... I retired from the Navy after 26 years as a Senior Chief aircrewman flying in all versions of the P-3 Orion. I operated all the electronic sensors onboard.

After my retirement, I chose a profession that is about as opposite my Navy career as one can get. I am now a registered nurse.

Welcome back. You remind me.  I need an Orion in my collection.  And as to Japanese WWII, I just picked up a couple of Zekes. Always room for one (or three) representatives of one of the state of the art fighters of WWII.

Don't be shy, lots of folks to provide insight and answer questions.  Enjoy!
