Hi all , I am joining from Nottingham in the UK, I build mainly 1/35 scale armour and soft skins . Mostly they are heavy conversions or scratch builds. I am known in the UK for my workshop demos at model shows . And publishing tips and photo files of real vehicles and equipment seen at military vehicle rallies in the UK. I also review books and magazines. Lastly I carry out original research on equipment and vehicles , having access to a private collection acting as curator and researcher . I belong to IPMS UK and esp to the Beyond the Box sig.

Welcome! There's an Armor group build starting that sounds like it would be right up your alley.

Welcome to the Forums Stonehead! Glad to have you aboard!

My wife's relatives are from Basford and Radford. She's been researching them for a long time. She has all the proof back to around 1720.
