I have enjoyed model making since adolescence but the last 20 years have not been actively self absorbed. I have a dream of making a half dozen replicas of the PT my father served on in the South Pacific 1944-45. I have the 1/64 Lindberg PT1098 kits and will have to customize them considerably. So far I am unaware of anyone making the Mark XIII torpedoes or armaments at 1/64 scale. I am totally inexperienced in casting, but that seems to be the only option for multiple copies and striking accuracy.
