Just a update,Im going with 1/18 scale figures,a little cutting,grinding,filling should do the trick,as for the boat I always wanted to work with fibre glass,wood,plastic,resin,cloth,pewter,cast metel,fiber optic,electric all at once,I MUST BE NUTS,no just a modeler like the rest

Welcome to the forum, Alan. Perhaps you can find a source for 1/20 figures in the Auto pages that you could convert. I know there are 1/20 racing cars, so there may be aftermarket figures as well. Have fun & enjoy the site !

Ive built many models through the years,enjoyed them all,sort of like place cards during your life.............whoa getting heavy,glad I joined this site,so many very very talented people.The best thing about modeling other than sharing is that you can always learn something from someone. Thank you Fine Scale for this fine Site. My newest project is a Dumas 1/20 scale PT boat, with it the biggest dilemma finding US Navy figurines for the crew(a model within a model,I wont bore you with this here,I posted my Help!!!!!!! in the forums,just wanted to say its great to be here............................AlanApprove [^] Ifinished the PT!!!
