Hello all. I joined this forum back in 2003 under the username saltydog and my last post was somewhere in 2007 so....I've been gone for quite some time. Long enough to forget how to log in under my old stuff, so I am now SaltydogII. I have always enjoyed building models and have been doing it off and on since childhood. I love WWII birds the most, but jets & choppers also litter the stash. When I first joined this forum, I was a home builder. Now, I teach carpentry at a local community college. Also, my family has grown from one child to 3, with one dying at birth, so I really have four (don't like not mentioning him). As of now, I will just be lurking around the forums because I really miss the hobby. I don't have a dedicated place to assemble models, so I will just be living vicariously through you guys. I will slowly create a place to build, but as of now it will be a slow go. I am looking forward to interacting with you guys and learning more about the hobby.
