Hello from Japan
Posted by dagne on Saturday, March 20, 2004 7:09 PM
Got back into modeling a few years ago after retiring from the Navy. Have been living and working in Japan (a modeler's paradise, at least the Japanese kits are cheaper) for the last 26 years. Just got a new computer at home and am happy to be able to communicate with you all now. If you would like to see some of my models check out my new website at http://ddwngauge.homestead.com/index.html

Hi Don, and welcome to the asylum.

One of our most prolific posters is J-Hulk. He's a South Georgian been living their for about 10 years now. He's in Osaka. And he tells us wonderful stories of the modelers paradise there.

Howdy and welcome, Don! Now there are about three or four FSM members living in Japan.

Beautiful stuff on your site. I used to see P-3s like that flying around when I lived in Fujisawa. Spent most of my eleven years here in Osaka, though. Where are you located?
I'm looking forward to hearing about your experiences here in Japan, and of course to seeing more of your great models!
