Using a resin cockpit designed for one brand, on another vendor kitven for the parc

There should be no reason why you can't, i know one member used a resin pit designed for an Academy kit on a Fujimi one. Just make sure you check everything. Not every kit of the same subject in the same scale are the same size. You may need to remove more than expected or plug some gaps.

I just used a resin pit made for the Hasegawa F-4E on an old Italeri (original Esci mold) and it fit after some trimming and sanding. I haven't seen a 'drop in' resin part yet. Most require some type of fitting.
