Hi

I have been lurking here for a few weeks, impressed with the discussion boards, so decided to join.

Did a lot of modeling as a young teenager and have decided to get back into it after a hiatus of 35 years, so I have a lot to learn and re-learn Big Smile

Once you've been bitten by the modeling bug, you can NEVER recover from it! Ha-ha-ha! Sorry to hear you spent 35 years lost in the proverbial woods but you've come to the right place to get back into things. I think I built my first kit way back around 39 years ago. It's utterly flabbergasting when one realizes all the technological and artistic advances that have happened in model building over that time. Now it is a veritable smorgasbord of options and techniques out there for you to try! So grab a kit, grab some supplies and ask a ton of questions here! You won't find a friendlier group willing to help out and lend their encouragement.

One thing we all love to do here on the forum is to see and post pictures of our latest creations and works in progress. Can't wait to see your new endeavors!
