Warley

Hey.

Ia a 46 year old Dane. And i just came back to modelling after a 20 year break. Life just hit me, 4 children ;). now its only the wife and our 3 dogs home, so no kids to interrupt when building or painting, Okay the wife could, or she does hehe..

Im building Trucks, and Cars just came in to my interrest. My first build is the Revell Mini Cooper 998 MkI, just to get in to it again. But with this build im giving a bit more than before. It should look god, so it can get a place in my new glasscabinet. i even bought an airbrush system, and a good deal of colours. model air and game air. that setup looks god !

For those of you who could or would be interrested. im living in Jutland in Denmark, in an area called Djursland, a small town called Gjesing, theres about 250 ppl located here so it is a small town. Im buying my builds from a local store in Randers, called jp-hobby. a build/truck would cost around 4-500 Dkr. thats the same as 67 Euro or 74 US.

Thats a bit about me, and i will be posting soon, because i have a small problem with my Airbrushing and Varnish. C U in there !

God Dag! Good to see you here - there are many good resources and posters here.

I once spent a week in Aalborg, back when I was active duty, there was a sister base we would deploy to from Bitburg, Germany from time to time. Beautiful.

Hi Dann! Welcome to the Forums! Glad to have you aboard!

A quick suggestion. Check the Airbrushing section of these forums. The guys and gals there are very knowledgeable and are always ready to help out with any questions/problems. Repost your airbrushing question there and you'll get a lot of help.

A lot of the members got here the same way that you did. By asking questions and posting photos of their builds their skills improved greatly. That's what we're here for. I've been building for 70 of my 76 years and I've learned a lot on here. I'm still learning. I build whatever strikes my fancy at the time and my wallet says it's OK to buy it.Wink

Relax and enjoy. Look forward to seeing photos of your builds.
