                        Hi everyone,

                        I have been making models a little over the last 15 years, but since we had children I dont have any time !!  They are getting older now so I am starting to get back to it.  I currently live in Berkshire in the South East of the UK.  I like to build the 1/24 plastic model car kits from Tamiya, Revell and others, and also 1/12 motorbike kits.  I have a few that I have to start that include:

                        Tamiya Subaru Impreza WRC Monte Carlo 05

                        Tamiya Ducati Desmosidici with detail set for forks

                        Fujimi BMW M3 Grp A

                        I will probably be asking some silly questions while i get back into it, so please be gentle !!!!

                         Welcome to the forums .Although I build Primarily ships I do build a lot of vintage cars for relaxation and a way to get away from hulls , decks Etc. Welcome Again , and I will be looking in automotive for your builds . Tanker - Builder

                        Thanks Tanker !!  I need to redecorate a kids playroom and turn it into an office and modelling den (without the wife noticing of course) but I will post updates of models as I make them.  I bought a Tamiya 1/12 Ducati 888 today aswell..... Big Smile

                        Hi Dave!  Welcome to the Forums. Glad to have you aboard.

                        Looks like you've got some nice kits there. Be sure to post some pics as you build so we get to see how you're doing. There is no such thing as "silly questions". We've all been there at one time or another so don't be afraid to ask away. 

                        I've been building for 71 of my 77 years. My favorites are WWI & WWII planes followed closely by sailing ships like my avatar. I have been known to build anything that strikes my fancy and my wallet said OK.Wink
