Thanks for the reply everyone, like to be busy I get bored then naughty if I don't have anything to do, the U Boat thing came abbout by accident picked up a book at the library and now I,m hooked, I have just sent an application to become a tour guide on U-534 in Birkenhead UK I hope its succesfull!!!
Kath is facinated by the modelling thing she has even bought her first kit GOT YA I will be on line tonight after 7 GMT if anyone fancies a chat, once again thanks for the welcome.

Hi world ,my names Nick but you will get me on kaths E mail address as work are not too keen on usage if you get my point!
I am a self confessed U Boat nut and am on page 44 of translations of Kreigsmarine speak!
Always been into modelling and now have the time and inclination to get back to it have just started work on the Revell 1/72 U Boat eagerly awaiting any and all upgrade kits, have sent for some already, other interests, Kathy (got to keep on the good side!) cricket my Dads previous history flew in Coastal Command WW2, CURRY! cats old motorcycles.old aircraft,.. job... Occupational Health Advisor for a big big Computer firm in the UK
I have converted Kath bless her into making her first kit and she is doing a brilliant job... very proud of her.
Anyone wants to reply or talk please contact on Kaths E mail via the forum as the old BT advert says its good to talk
