Welcome back to the hobby. Lots of things have changed and lots haven't. Just take your time, relax and enjoy. If you have any questions/problems don't be afraid to ask for help. We've all been there at one time or another. The members here are very knowledgeable and ready to help out. The post above about putting this question in the "Automobile" section of these forums is a good one if you don't get any answer here.

Welcome back to the hobby. The Tamiya line of F1 kits are outstanding but I'm not familiar with the Top Studio set other than reading a rather impressive description of it. Based on that and your saying you're new to getting back to building I'd suggest you set the project aside, get another Tamiya F1 kit (which can sometimes be a challenge in their own right) and get used to this before taking the chance on ruining a very expensive model. Chances are you didn't not encounter photo etch and resin parts when you last were modeling so take it slow.
