New to the forums but not to model building. Back in my teens and early 20's all I did was build models, tanks, aircraft, cars, etc. At first I could only afford 1 kit a month but I got a job and now I went to the local hobby shop every week and bought at least one kit. In a few years I had several 100 kits waiting to be built. But life has it's own ideas and well I got married had a family and moved up the corparate ladder and my model making came to a halt. Back then I looked at all those unbuilt kits and said to my self, someday when I am retired I will have time for them. Well that time has come, I retired a few years ago and while cleaning the basement I rediscovered my stash for models. I have been on the internet checking out all the new techiques and products. I can't wait to start building again and I really look forward to seeing other model builders share their thoughts and builds on these forums.
