Hi sluggo, and welcome to the asylum. NAS Oceana huh? I lived about a half mile off the northern end of one runway for about 3 years. Nice area.

Welcome to the Forum sluggo, looking forward to seeing you on the Aircraft Forum. Stay away from the Target, er, I mean Armor Forum, though, just a lot of hot air on that oneClown [:o)]. What do you fly for the USAF ?

Greetings,

New to the group here. Don't know why it has taken me this long. Pilot in the USAF for "a long time", take my camera with me everywhere I go. Have been in the Middle East a lot lately. Living near NAS Oceana right now...USAF guy in a Navy town is interesting but fun. Build 1/48 scale jets mostly but have built WW I / WW II props and can maybe even be persuaded to go to the dark side...armour. Cannot do faces though, looks like they have been sunbathing at Chernobyl. Looking forward to the discussion. Have one picture on my website (www.ripjet.com) but a lot more coming now that I am not at The Big Beach.
