Welcome to the forums!!!

Be sure to post pics of your builds!  Especially your Star Wars builds.  I'm a huge fan of the Bandai SW kits!  They are really awesome kits for "snap fit" builds.

Again, welcome!

Thank you all for the warm welcome! Not to worry, I've already hooked up with the local club. My weird work hours have prevented me from attending most meetings, but I'll get there eventually!

I've started posting my work at my tumblr. Comments and critiques welcome!

Welcome to the forum, Prof!  I look forward to seeing your builds!

Coffeepoweredprof

I realized recently that I've been modeling alone in the dark for far too long, and I love talking shop with other modelers. Hello all!

Regarding that point, if there is a club near you, I recommend that you join it.  Interacting online is fine, but it doesn't replace live interaction with other people.  Many of us do both.

Best regards,

Brad

Good evening! I'm Nate, I live south of Seattle, and I'm a model-holic. My folks tell me I loved to watch my older brother build 1/35 Tamiya armor when I was really young, and it seems I'm carrying things on. I've been building for as long as I can remember, starting with aircraft, Gundams and mecha (Macross forever!) Warhammer 40k, and a few years ago I got into armor.

I've since become a massive tread head, but I still make time for Gunpla, aviation, and some Star Wars ships (I just finished Poe's Boosted X-Wing in 1/72.) I've been doing a great deal of research lately as I tackle Trumpeter's gigantic 1/16 Tiger II, and I'm loving every minute of it.
