Returning from hiatus
Posted by ajd3530 on Friday, April 19, 2019 12:20 PM

Howdy folks. Its been a while, about 3 years I think, but I am returning from hiatus. In between then and now, I've been passing my time with a couple much more expensive hobbies, collecting pocket knives and hunting rifles/reloading.

Looking forward to reconnecting with old friends, and making new ones. Still interested in 1/48 prop/early her aircraft, and the occasional 1/48 armor.

What's new with 1/48 props? Last we met, I was itiching for the Airfix B-P Defiant. I've got an NF on the way as we speek. I see Airfix has kept chugging along. ICM seems to be making a living spitting out different versions of the Ju-88, He-111, and Do-17Z. I saw Revell put out a new tool Beautfighter. And Eduard has a new tool Tempest that looks very nice. Anything else neat that I've missed?

Its nice to be back guys BeerBeer

I think you’ve pretty much summed up the good ones. Eduard has a new series of FW 190‘s which are exquisite kits.
