Welcome to the Forums Ryan! Glad to have you aboard.

You've come to the right place. The members here are very knowledgeable and ready to help out with any questions/problems.

I've been building for 72 of my 78 years and still use some of the old tube glue and testors paints in the OLD 15cent jars (really). I use whatever works for me.  Favorites are WWI & WWII planes followed by Sailing ships. I'll build anything that strikes my fancy and my wallet says OK.Wink

Enjoy. Toast

I keep hitting "escape", but I'm still here.

Just another old coot returning to the hobby after being away for decades. Built some WWII armor kits in my youth along with the popular B-17 bomber ... with my squeeze tube of Testors cement. lol

I'll soon have a small dedicated work space in my home for model building, and am excited to start. Lots of cool stuff out there, and great to have the knowledge resource of this forum.

I recently purchased the old Monogram 1/48 B-24 Liberator kit, using the forum's advice of finding one of the original releases. But, I'm going to ease back into model building first, with an "easier" Tamiya Corsair or similar.

Lots of stuff to learn. Just have to remind myself that my completed models will not look like many of the wonderful ones I see here. lol
