Hello from Surrey - Glossy Finish
Posted by sirtim on Friday, November 29, 2019 5:12 AM

Greetings everyone.  I'm new to the forum so please bear with me.  I've been modelling for some time and gradually trying out new things, although I don't think that I'm good enough to post pictures yet!.  I recently bought the Airfix 1/72 Mitchell.  I used the Mr Hobby H58 Interior Green. Wanting to dilute it for the airbrush, I grabbed Tamiya Clear by mistake (I was wearing the wrong glasses) , and then sprayed the model's interior surfaces.  This has resulted in a very glossy finish.  Any advice on how to take the gloss down to matt?
