Question about aftermarket AFV tracks
Posted by Jarhead68 on Friday, January 17, 2020 11:38 AM

Good Afternoon,

New to this forum today and trust some experienced AFV modeler can help. I've returned to figure painting and armor modeling after a 30 year hiatus and discovered what Ive missed in terms of all the new products. Im amazed at some of the quality of the kits and the after-market products. Now to my question.

I have an AFV Club m10 tank destroyer missing the tracks. I don't want the challenge of assembling individual track links and only use single pice tracks. I can't find AFV Club tracks for the M10 and wondered if any of the tracks for the M4 would work since the frame seems universal. Any advice is appreciated.

Regards,

David (Jarhead68)

Hi David! Welcome to the Forums! Glad to have you aboard.

Can't help with the tank tracks, but if you go to the "Armor" section of the Forums you will probably get more answers than you need. The members there are very knowledgeable and ready to help out with any question or problem.

Good luck and look forward to seeing your work.

I keep hitting "escape", but I'm still here.

Yes, any standard VVSS M4 or M3 standard hull tracks will work. That excludes longer ones made for the M4A4 hull.
