                        Back to modeling after a short 45 year break.

                        Joined a local club and discovered how much the hobby has developed and kits/supplies have evolved and improved.

                        I stay mainly in the Armor / military vehicle lanes with 1/72 my preference. 


                        Looking forward to learning from forums and posts.

                        Welcome back to the hobby, Buzz, and welcome to the forum!  I look forward to seeing your armor builds. I built Braille-scale armor when I was a kid (b 1964), mostly Airfix.  They were a lot of fun!

                        Welcome to the Forums Buzz! Welcome back to the hobby. Glad to have you aboard.

                        My favorites are WWI & WWII planes followed by sailing ships. Used to build 1/72 scale a lot but at 82 years old the eyes and hands are not what they used to be so 1/48 is the smallest I go now unless it's a special model that I really want. Only problem with that is you quickly run out of room to put them. 

                        Relax and enjoy. If you have any questions/problems just ask.

                        In the pattern: Scale Shipyard's 1/48 Balao Class Sub! leaning out the list...NOT! Ha, added to it again - Viper MkVii, 1/32 THUD & F-15J plus a weekend madness build!
