After a three decade hiatus, I have restarted the hobby to make plastic models again. Last month I pulled an old kit off the shelf and made this old Fokker ... the Fokker DR.1.
Great to be back. Love hearing from you all.

Nice looking build Steve. If you have any questions/problems, just ask. The members here are very knowledgeable and ready to help.
My favorite builds are WWI & WWII planes followed by sailing ships.

aboard! Hope you enjoy your time here...it's a good group. Don't hesitate to jump right in and post a build photo or two...ask a question...or pass on a good story, modeling-related or otherwise.

Welcome Steve, nice to have you join us in the fun barrell. Great job on the Fokker, a nice clean build. I hope you'll enjoy hanging out with us.

That came out great!
I too have a DR1 in my stash, are those Maltese crosses decals or painted? Either way they came out beautifully.
I pretty much build whatever I like at the moment but I do have types I tend to stick to: 1870s-WW2 warships, armor and any type of military aircraft (though I haven’t done a plane in over 40 years!)
Welcome and I look forward to seeing more of your work.

The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.
Welcome indeed!
I share a soft spot for WWI aircraft. I agree with Brad that you are showing us a Revell kit, either the big 1/28 kit or the little one in 1/72. The interior detail says it must be the big one?
Three decades or three months, welcome back! I hope you find the modeling to be peaceful.
