Squadron went bankrupt a couple of years ago, but has been bought and now managed by a guy who seems to be really interested in making the company a good one. I've since made several purchases from Squadron since the new ownership, and have been completely pleased wit the service.
I'd email or call Brandon directly to see what he says. Being the Labor Day weekend, probably need to wait until next Tuesday, at least:
