Hello and welcome, it's good to have you join up. There are so many very talented modelers here, plenty for you to see. The members are always willing to answer questions, or help in any way.

If I may suggest, as a new airbrusher user that you visit Don Wheeler's site, "Don Wheeler's airbrush tips." You'll find a wealth of airbrush info, to include use and maintenance. You might even find your exact airbrush on display.

Happy modeling to you.

Hi everyone!

I'm 46, Dutch and just joined. Mainly because I like reading tips and experiences with their builds and how they do it on general matters, and I recently bought an airbrush as I was disappointed with some builds that were glueing wise flawless but paintwise unrealistic, mainly where 2 paints meet (camouflages) or making lines. I haven't used it yet but am informing myself on types of paints to use and how to clean it once I start using it.

Currently building a german tank and halftrack I picked up cheap and have some figurines along with it, which would be fun to eventually also practice making some sort of diorama. Those will be my first ones to try new painting skills on for now, but my interest is also space, submarines, planes and F1... For some reason F1 models are hard to come by nowadays (all rights reserved?), but had fun with the schumi benetton anniversary build :)

Hoping to eventually be able to share own experiences as well that might be helpful to others.
