All Around Modeler
Posted by Anonymous on Friday, April 30, 2004 9:54 PM
I just wanna say that I happen to love all models. Cars, Helo's, Armor, Airplanes, they're all good. My favorite has to be helo's though. Hope I can be in a few group builds soon!

Welcome Tag to a great forum for you "all-around-modelers". Definitely THE place to be. Great people with many good ideas and support. I'm a little like you too. I build aircraft, ships, spaceships (real and scifi), a figure here or there, and armor when I need a break from all that. I did build a couple of helo's but not lately. Hey do you remember that 1/24 scale Huey that was out in the late 60's maybe early 70's. Its rotors would turn when connected to the motor in its base? I built that one when I was a kid and almost got it airborne. ( instead of 2 D batteries, we did 4 -6)

O man, all the time. I live about 4 miles from there. I go AT LEAST once a week. Its a great place. So many models to choose from. lol, one time i wanted a model from the top shelf, but i couldn't reach it. They need a much bigger store for all the things they have.
