Belated hello from old "Hangtown."

Since I've been on this forum for a bit, I thought it would be polite to introduce myself officially.

I modelled as a kid, and got back into it about five years ago. I mainly do WWII era aircraft, either 1/48 or 1/72, but also have an interest in armor and have expanded into Korean- and Vietnam War era aircraft as well. Real Space and some Sci Fi also grab my interest. Too many interests, not enough timeBig Smile [:D]!

I thoroughly enjoy the forum, and appreciate all the advice I've received so far. I'm excited, because my "hobby room" in the garage is almost done, so hopefully I'll get in a lot more building.

By the way, "Hangtown" is the nickname for Placerville, a small city in the foothills of Northern California. I won't go into how the name came about during the Gold Rush daysWink [;)]!
