Hello Mark,
Yours is the first message that I've read on this site-nice to bump into another freezing Brit ! I've been using an Aztec 320 air brush for about 2 years now with a badger compressor and the best advice that I can give you is take your time and practice. Try painting a cheap or unwanted kit first-believe me it's worth it. I'm only starting to get good results now that I've had a bit of practice! Another thing I learnt from a good mate who runs his own model shop(lucky bugger) is use good masking tape/solution and make sure you've finished the painting before the decals go on -if you use hasagawa decs then gloss coat them-tape will still pull them off your prized F-104C!
It's one hell of a job to get those markings back on again!
Welcome back to the hobby mate,
Regards, Tango 1.

Greetings and Happy New Year to everyone! Im from the chilly UK and have just got back into modelling after a few years break after serving in the RAF.
Im primarily interested in 1/72nd USAAF aircraft and have got quite a collection of unmade kits sitting in my wardrobe ready for the off!
Ive just started Academy's P-51B and so far so good! Ive just bought a Airbrush and compressor and building up courage to start using it!
Any advice anyone can give or if I can help anyone with research etc please let me know!
Best Regards
