Welcome from another newbie! I have only just begun to explore this site, it just goes on and on and on... if you find any good tips for using the site please share them & i will do the same. First tip for you is to go and update your profile, lots of good opportunities there to let folks know more about you. The more you know, the more people will see that they have in common! Huck.

Hello from Texas
Posted by drodrig on Wednesday, July 28, 2004 2:14 AM
I just joined yesterday and I am finding this forum fascinating. I have been modeling since as a kid I was given a snaptite P-51. I lived overseas and growing up in a foreign country I would take models back home from trips to the States. I have been modeling off and on since the P-51, but as of lately I have four kits on the bench and three more unopened on the shelf. I have always enjoyed aircraft. I have built aircraft from WWII to present and it has been a blast. Here lately I have been getting my inspiration from aircraft from the country I grew up in, Colombia. I probably will finish the projects that are on my bench first which are a P-38, VH-60, B-25 and a JU-52. I am though looking for kits that relate to the country in which I grew up. So I am still on the look out for that great kit I can't live with out.

Great site and magazine, Keep up the good work.
David
