Hi, I'm a 43 y/o guy from Okla. I'm a certified peace officer and curently work guarding a power plant. I started out building military aircraft. A lot of military aircraft! After I had build about everything that would fly I started building armor. Now if anyside in WW2 had the fire power that I have displayed in my livingroom they would have won hands down. I just finished my first sand armor units, a Bradley and a M-1 Abrahms. I love to build Veitnam era models. I love to look at anybodies modeling. My wife does'nt understand my love for the hobby, but I guess you guys do. I've just started a Pacific theatre Sherman. I want to dio it comming out of the water onto the beach, that would look cool. I try to place all my armor in diplay cases individualy, You know the small solid base clear plastic top. I have a bad mama jama Walker bulldog I dioed in Korean era with soldiers and all, It's cool.. Well thats me a model-holic, see ya on the site.

Hey cliff! Sign - Welcome [#welcome]

I know what you mean about alot of firepower! My 'navy' is currently twice the size of the US Navy! Wink [;)]Whistling [:-^]

I also have quite the large collection of Aircraft and Armor as well, all in 1/72 scale. If you want to see some glimpses of some of my collection, check out the "Small case of insanity" Thread!

I look forward to seeing pictures of your collection. And don't worry, most of us married guys relate to your wife's difficulty in understanding you love for this hobby. Then there are the lucky few who's wives steal their kits to build for themselves....Mischief [:-,]
