New Modeler
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, August 10, 2004 2:09 PM
Hello,

I didn't realize this was here before I posted a couple of questions. SOrry to be rude. I have been modeling for 20 years plus in one form or another. I took a break from plastic models (armor) to tr my hand at wooden ships. I had fun doing that, but there were a lot of bad things that happened with some other modelers and now to look at a wooden ship makes me ill. SO, I refitted my shop for Armor modeling with hope to build a decent diorama someday. Before ship modeling, I won a contest or two in the mid 90's, I even had an article published in FSM, The hideaway workbench. I have been lurking around here since May and now have finally began to build again in earnest. I'm really fond of WWII subjects. Mainly 1/35 Geman Stuff. I hope to learn alot and hopefully help out from time to time.

Thanks,

Ted

Hello Ted, Welcome to the forum. No need to say sorry. This is just a little meet and greet area, nothing formal. Big Smile [:D]
