Getting back into model building, new to finescale.com
Posted by Anonymous on Sunday, August 15, 2004 8:29 PM
Hello all,

A few weeks ago, I finished building a 1:72 Indian Air Force MiG-21 PF. I started the model SIX years ago!!!! Originally intended as a birthday gift for a friend, I got sidetracked after traveling overseas, changing jobs, and then going to business school.

After graduating, I had some free time on my hands and decided to finally finish my project. Needless to say, I am HOOKED again. I used to subscribe to FSM, so I thought I'd check out the website. Man, have things changed!

I'm looking forward to reading about all the cool stuff going on out there. I think my next build will be a USCG MH-68A HITRON helicopter. Never heard of it? Check it out http://www.alea.org/public/pics/uscg_hitron.htm.

Tim

P.S. I'm still looking for a job. I'd love to work in the hobby industry, so let me know if you know of any job opportunties out there. Thanks!

Sign - Welcome [#welcome]Tim back to the hobby and the FSM Forum. As they say once the modeling bug has bitten it is very hard to get over it. Enjoy your time with us.
Wayne I enjoy getting older, especially when I consider the alternative.
