Welcome to the asylum.

I had an accident with the clear cowling of my Trumpeter 1/32 F4F-4 a few months back. I found an e-mail address off there website, exchanged e-mails with a guy and got a replacement for free. I did have to send some cash to cover shipping (about $7). A check wouldn't do, they can't cash in china.

Here is a link to their homepage: http://www.trumpeter-china.com/

You'll find some email address inside.

Welcome to FSM!
Doesn't "Stevens International" import Trump stuff in the States? Might want to contact them.

Sorry I can't help with the problem (does Squadron maybe make a vac-form canopy for that model). But anyway, welcome to the forums. By the way, how did you come to be both airborne AND leg?

Sign - Welcome [#welcome]Airborneleg to the FSM Forums, enjoy your time with us.

Sorry I can't help you with the clear plastic parts but I think the comments made the others are the way to go.
Wayne I enjoy getting older, especially when I consider the alternative.

G'day AIRBORNELEG,

Sign - Welcome [#welcome] aboard and don't forget to check out the aircraft forum.

As to your question, I agree with Duke Maddog, check out Trumpeter first. If that fails follow this link to Squadron.com and their vac form canopy for the Trumpeter A-10.

Welcome to the Forums AIRBORNELEG! You'll find these Forums to be fun and easy to use.

I think the best way to get the clear parts is to contact Trumpeter and request replacement parts. They may have a 'contact list' on their website.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

I would like to introduce myself, I have been modeling on and off for 45 years. Most of my work the past 15 years have been large scale aircraft, ie 1/24 and 1/32. This is very knew to me as I have no clue about how these forums work , but given some time I think I will be OK. I would still like to know where I can pick up the clear parts for the 1/32 warthog.
