Hi Everyone. I've been building models since I was a kid. I live in a rural area in Kansas and six years ago three of us started a program for kids 10-14 in basic modeling. We meet 2x a month during the fall through spring months. Our classes last about 2 hours and each child must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. The classes are free but each participant is required to furnish his/her own tools, models, and supplies. We make arrangements to assist kids that can't afford those. We got a grant from a local foundation and the high scholl allows us to use the Art Room for clases. Every week there is a drawing and the winner can pick a new model from our stock.

This class has been a great learning experience for everyone.
