Back To Modeling
Posted by Anonymous on Sunday, November 14, 2004 2:51 PM
Hello All, thought I would post a message in here. My name is Josh, and have been modeling on and off for most of my 30 years of life. I am interested in all types of Aircraft, and Helicopters.
I am in the US Army, and right now I am stationed in Iraq, looking forward to going home in about 2 months...it has been a long year.

My main problems with modeling, I cant seem to quite make it look like the ones on the cover of FSM. That baffles me, the true craftsmanship, it is a gift I think. Maybe I should stick to snap together?? LOL

Anyway, looking forward to talking with many of you, and picking your brains, to better my skills as a modeler.
thanks
Josh

Hi josh, welcome to the asylum.

Don't worry about your model's looking like the mag's. Those modeler's have done more than you could shake a stick at. Becides the old axiom "Practice makes perfect" is very true here.
