To put pics in your replies, or topics, those pics have to be on the internet already, you upload them to this forum.
Normally you Internet Service Provider gives you a certain amount of Webspace that you can you for a site (most people don't use it at all), so there is no need for a special account.
To insert them you simply paste the url of the picture (to know that you right-click on the pic that you have in you webbrowser and ask for the properties) between the img tags.
