Hello from Atlanta
Posted by Anonymous on Saturday, December 18, 2004 3:34 PM
Hello to everyone. I am just trying to return to the hobby after ~25 years off. A lot has changed and it should be an interesting time. The one nice thing I have discovered already is that there seems to be no end of people who are willing to help and answer any question. It certainly makes it an easier transition back.

I am looking forward to an enjoyable ride.

Another Georgian!
Welcome to FSM.
I lived in Atlanta (well, Stone Mountain!), Athens, Statesboro, but was brought up mostly in Brunswick (where the folks are to this day).
How's Atlanta doing these days?

Thanks all for the welcome. I am currently interested in doing modern military aircraft, though I have an interest in all eras. I work for Lockheed on the F/A-22 program which is a reason for my interest in that area.

JHulk - Atlanta is doing fine. I am having fun at the expense of my thin-blooded co-workers as they try to deal with the "horrible cold weather". Laugh [(-D] I guess my three year tour in Alaska may have altered my idea of cold...
