I'm not exactly sure how I found my way here, but glad I did so! 41 year old modeler here, getting back in after taking the last 8 years or so off (marriage, kids: yea!). Started building in the late 60's with NASA stuff (anyone remember the big red box kit, from Revell I think, with about 4 or 5 kits inside? Lunar lander, Apollo capsule, Saturn V...), spent a little time with tanks, then ultimately alternated between race cars and aircraft. I think I'll get back in with a few WWII aircraft (F8F Bearcat and a Corsair, neither of which I've ever built), mainly to get some skills back, and get the supplies built back up. I'll want to get set up with a good airbrush system, and work on some good detailing techniques. This is going to be fun!!!
