WWII Armor modeler returns
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, December 29, 2004 8:22 PM
I used to build a few years ago, but I sold everything and got out of the hobby.
Well, I'm back. I just couldn't resist!
I never was any good at it really, but it is just so darn fun.
I look forward to learning a bunch from all of you, so I will be here constantly.
Thanks to everyone who shares tips/techniques. I will try to emulate, and who knows, maybe some of my pieces will actually look good.

Cheers!

something I have learned since I've been here... what we build ALWAYS looks a lot better to someone else! Feel free to ask away! But you might find soon you are the one giving advice and posting photos of your pics as this is all non-competive here... None of us are masters at this so dont worry what we think!

Welcome!!!!

Gygaxx,
Your experience is very similar to mine! I quit modeling for almost 15 years but have returned with a vengeance, hehe. Being exposed to the ideas and photos from other folk's projects can't help but improve your skills. I know it did for me!
