i'm new to the board. yay for me. i'm also new to modeling boards in general.
i've had a general interest in models for awhile and currently i'm working on a few. you could say i'm still a beginner but with each new model i learn something new and more importantly i learn to A) take my time, especially when it comes to letting glue and paint dry (enamels especially) and B) pay attention to details.
i'm currently working on an italeri M1A2 and a Tamiya M1A1 with mine plow (i love modern armor)
i am also working on some cars, a grand national, a 69 firebird, 69 camaro, 83 camaro, el camino (85 i think) and a 66 riviera.
i'm into military models in general, bigger on armor (35 scale)and slightly smaller on aircraft (48 scale). not so much with the figures that come with them though, i'm still learning about making models themselves.
i'm learning how to airbrush and i'm surprisingly good at it, i'm painting my M1A2 this way and its turning out very well IMO. i am looking forward to getting more involved with airbrushing, for now i have a cheap general use kit and it does the job i ask of it, painting large areas like body panels.
