Well, only a couple of posts late...

Jeez, where to begin? All right, the modeling interests are :48 scale aircraft of predominantly WW I and WW II subjects, scratch built Science Fiction and Studio Scale models, some armor (thought most of my armor knowledge stems from their use as donors for other projects), and the odd quirky piece from films or real space exploration.

I work as a concept and texture artist, build larger scale craft for film serials, draw and read incessantly, paint as I can, am teaching myself the 'art of beautiful writing' (calligraphy) and try to build an object or two each week in Maya.

I think that covers most of the interests, etc... hope it was a bit out of the ordinary.

:-)

Hi all... and always: Have fun, builders...

Hello Vfxart, Welcome to the forum. We have several scratchbuilding group builds going on in the Sci-Fi forum. Plenty of time to join up.

Thanks everyone... yeah, this all keeps me busy, but it's a blast and always something waiting in the wings. I never get bored. Been fun cruising through here so far, too.
