Hello from Istanbul...

I have already sent my first message to the ships forum. It is nice being a part of a huge community. I'm 36 and I turned back to modelling after a long gap following my high school days.

I like modelling for its technology sensitive opportunities, like airplanes, ships, armoured vehicles and cars or trucks. You can discover the technologhy behind the subject you are trying to model. However, I have admit that I am not so good and still on my lurning curve.

I hope some day I would have enough talent and courage to have a full-metal model of an airplane or armoured vehicle like the one I saw on an issue of FSM, build by a dentist in Hawaii. It was an amazing (as far as I remember a P51) amazing with all those working control surfaces and cocpit details.

Anyway, I kept it too long for a newcomer. I wish you all have great time on your models with lots of fresh ideas.

Regards,

Metehan
