I'm presently in the final, detailing stages of getting a 1/48 scale Eagle Transporter, with Lab Pod and turned aluminium components together and am just about to get into some serious air brush, acrylic wash and pastel weathering.
The entire model is finished in Tamiya' Pure White' spray pack, and with a few minor touch up exceptions, in Tamiya gloss white acylic.
I need to 'tone down' the whole effect by spraying the entire model with a fine black acrylic, to start off the weathering process,
but,
do I leave the entire model gloss finish,
or,
matt the whole thing down first?????
Which would give me a better looking finish?
Thanks to anyone who can help- its stressing me out !!
